In historical Concord, Massachusetts, we cultivate Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Oyster, and Pioppino mushrooms using second flush mushroom blocks from our friends at Fat Moon Farm, a wonderful woman-owned business. These blocks, after producing one round of mushrooms (a 'flush'), may be considered 'spent', but they still have the potential to yield a few more mushrooms. We transform these into delicious offerings, including our handcrafted gourmet salts that feature unique herb and flower salts and mushroom salt, creating a delightful addition to any dish.
